An engine's cooling system in many newer vehicles are suffering due to limited space and crowding which affects air circulation. Our new ultra efficient Hyper V core was developed specifically for vehicles which see extreme heat, are limited in space, and where the factory inlet/outlet locations eliminate the option for a proper N-FLO design. The Hyper V Series radiators have a specially designed fin and tube pitch which significantly increases its surface area while still allowing for excellent air circulation through the radiator. This design cools more efficiently by allowing the coolant to remain in the radiator for a longer period of time therefore transferring more heat to the surrounding air.     PRODUCT INFORMATION: CSF’s high-performance all-aluminium water radiators help to keep coolant temperatures consistently lower than the factory radiator. This is because your factory radiator was designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory radiator will begin to struggle. As well as this, as your radiator goes through its life, the core will deteriorate externally as well as fill with contaminates internally to reduce its cooling power. However, not all radiators are created equal. CSF Core design The CSF radiator for 2008+ Subaru WRX and STI is a larger, more efficient radiator for significantly improved cooling power. CSF’s cores are unique in that it uses our B-tube design for the radiator tubes. The B-Tube core is comparatively stronger than the O-Tube which allows the tube to be made using less material, improving heat transfer and being much lighter than an O-Tube radiator of the identical sizing. This, combined with the dual laminar flow and improved surface area inside the core allow for an efficiency improvement of around 10-20% vs. an O-Tube core radiator of the same size. Whilst more expensive to manufacture, for performance use, it is the perfect radiator tube design! Alongside this our high-efficiency multi-louvred fins are optimised for each application. This core for this radiator utilises a single-row high-performance 31mm thick. CSF Manufacturing, Testing & Finish All of our radiators are manufactured in our own factories, which means we have total control over our production, unlike other white-label brands. Our radiators start life in our factory as an aluminium sheet, and from there we create our own B-tubes, multi-louvred fins and end-tanks as well as CNC machine all of our fittings. The core is then CAB brazed and the end tanks and fittings TIG welded together by our master welders. All of our radiators are individually leak tested and go through a 30-point fitment inspection to ensure critical dimensions are per our design. To finish our radiators our signature 1-hour ‘show-stopper’ finish is applied, however, this has currently been suspended during the pandemic in favour of our high-lustre satin finish. This multi-fit CSF auxiliary radiator replaces the small auxiliary radiator with an upgraded unit. This upgraded unit has a significantly improved design, specifically designed to keep charge or coolant temperatures consistently cooler. Note: This unit fits many different Mercedes-AMG vehicles. On some vehicles, this radiator is used as a charge cooler coolant radiator and in others an engine coolant radiator. The Problem For vehicles that use it as a Heat Exchanger (charge cooler water radiator) As you probably already know, as the turbocharger compresses air this heats it up. This hot air is bad for the engine as it will reduce the knock threshold and limit the safe power output of the engine, killing fun. Aftermarket ECU software increases boost pressure, this means that the air will be compressed more and thus, heat up more. The factory auxiliary radiator is designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory auxiliary radiator will begin to struggle.     PRODUCT INFORMATION: CSF’s high-performance all-aluminum water radiators help to keep coolant temperatures consistently lower than the factory radiator. This is because your factory radiator was designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory radiator will begin to struggle. As well as this, as your radiator goes through its life the core will deteriorate externally as well as fill with contaminates internally to reduce its cooling power. However, not all radiators are created equal. CSF Core design The CSF radiator for Lexus LX470 4.7 V8 is a larger, more efficient radiator for significantly improved cooling power. CSF’s cores are unique in that it uses our B-tube design for the radiator tubes. The B-Tube core is comparatively stronger than the O-Tube which allows the tube to be made using less material, improving heat transfer and being much lighter than an O-Tube radiator of the identical sizing. This, combined with the dual laminar flow and improved surface area inside the core allow for an efficiency improvement of around 10-20% vs. an O-Tube core radiator of the same size. Whilst more expensive to manufacture, for performance use, it is the perfect radiator tube design! Alongside this our high-efficiency multi-louvred fins are optimised for each application. CSF Manufacturing, Testing & Finish All of our radiators are manufactured in our own factories, this means we have total control over our production, unlike other white-label brands. Our radiators start life in our factory as an aluminium sheet and from there we create our own B-tubes, multi-louvred fins and end-tanks as well as CNC machine all of our fittings. The core is then CAB brazed and the end-tanks and fittings TIG welded together by our master welders. All of our radiators are individually leak tested and go through a 30 point fitment inspection to ensure critical dimensions are per our design. To finish our radiators our signature 1-hour ‘show-stopper’ finish is applied, however, this has currently been suspended during the pandemic in favour of our high-lustre satin finish.     PRODUCT INFORMATION: CSF’s high-performance all-aluminium water radiators help to keep coolant temperatures consistently lower than the factory radiator. This is because your factory radiator was designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory radiator will begin to struggle. As well as this, as your radiator goes through its life, the core will deteriorate externally as well as fill with contaminates internally to reduce its cooling power. However, not all radiators are created equal. CSF Core design The CSF radiator for 2008+ Subaru WRX and STI is a larger, more efficient radiator for significantly improved cooling power. CSF’s cores are unique in that it uses our B-tube design for the radiator tubes. The B-Tube core is comparatively stronger than the O-Tube which allows the tube to be made using less material, improving heat transfer and being much lighter than an O-Tube radiator of the identical sizing. This, combined with the dual laminar flow and improved surface area inside the core allow for an efficiency improvement of around 10-20% vs. an O-Tube core radiator of the same size. Whilst more expensive to manufacture, for performance use, it is the perfect radiator tube design! Alongside this our high-efficiency multi-louvred fins are optimised for each application. This core for this radiator utilises a single-row high-performance 31mm thick. CSF Manufacturing, Testing & Finish All of our radiators are manufactured in our own factories, which means we have total control over our production, unlike other white-label brands. Our radiators start life in our factory as an aluminium sheet, and from there we create our own B-tubes, multi-louvred fins and end-tanks as well as CNC machine all of our fittings. The core is then CAB brazed and the end tanks and fittings TIG welded together by our master welders. An All Aluminium Replacement Radiator, yet still high performance, for the Mercedes Benz R129 SL500 5.0L V8 – CSF#8057. These over-engineered German sports cars from the ’90s were technically advanced for their time, and have now entered the “collectible” realm of car enthusiasts across the globe. With fitment spanning a 12-year range from 1990-2002, and some of these early model vehicles now nearing close to 30 years old, the factory radiators with plastic end-tanks need to be replaced. Reasons to replace or upgrade with CSF’s #8057 for Mercedes Benz SL500: – The OEM radiator with plastic end tanks can become brittle and crack/leak over time due to normal wear-and-tear and repeated on/off heat cycles. – The OEM radiator core can possibly be clogged up with debris affecting the performance of the radiator. – The OEM radiator may be corroded from the inside due to sediments in the water or lack of scheduled coolant flushes and changes.     PRODUCT INFORMATION: CSF’s high-performance all-aluminium water radiators help to keep coolant temperatures consistently lower than the factory radiator. This is because your factory radiator was designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory radiator will begin to struggle. As well as this, as your radiator goes through its life, the core will deteriorate externally as well as fill with contaminates internally to reduce its cooling power. However, not all radiators are created equal. CSF Core design The CSF radiator for 2008+ Subaru WRX and STI is a larger, more efficient radiator for significantly improved cooling power. CSF’s cores are unique in that it uses our B-tube design for the radiator tubes. The B-Tube core is comparatively stronger than the O-Tube which allows the tube to be made using less material, improving heat transfer and being much lighter than an O-Tube radiator of the identical sizing. This, combined with the dual laminar flow and improved surface area inside the core allow for an efficiency improvement of around 10-20% vs. an O-Tube core radiator of the same size. Whilst more expensive to manufacture, for performance use, it is the perfect radiator tube design! Alongside this our high-efficiency multi-louvred fins are optimised for each application. This core for this radiator utilises a single-row high-performance 31mm thick. CSF Manufacturing, Testing & Finish All of our radiators are manufactured in our own factories, which means we have total control over our production, unlike other white-label brands. Our radiators start life in our factory as an aluminium sheet, and from there we create our own B-tubes, multi-louvred fins and end-tanks as well as CNC machine all of our fittings. The core is then CAB brazed and the end tanks and fittings TIG welded together by our master welders. All of our radiators are individually leak tested and go through a 30-point fitment inspection to ensure critical dimensions are per our design. To finish our radiators our signature 1-hour ‘show-stopper’ finish is applied, however, this has currently been suspended during the pandemic in favour of our high-lustre satin finish.
