Do you offer an installation service for customers?
We currently do not offer an in-house installation service, however have numerous fitting partners around the UK who can fit a range of our parts to your vehicle. Feel free to Contact Us to arrange an installation or call us on +44 (0)330 122 1950. Depending on the installation required, some partners are limited to what they can install due to their facilities. We plan on opening our own in-house fitting service in the coming months.
Do you offer a returns policy?
We offer a 28 day no hassle returns policy. For full details please visit our Refund Policy.
How do I get my car on your Instagram page?
We love seeing and sharing your builds across our various social media platforms! In order to get your car featured, send us a variety of high quality photos of your car rocking some of our products and/or FORM7 stickers and we will choose someone to be featured on the page every week. If you're not so handy with a camera, come down to one of our meets/events (to be announced...), say hello, and we will be happy to take some snaps for you!
Do you offer a rep scheme?
We do not currently offer a rep scheme. That being said we have opportunities for individuals and car clubs to represent the brand whilst getting rewards for offering exposure to FORM7. Do you offer any warranty for your products?
We carefully select our suppliers to ensure the products which we supply meet our strict quality standards and are fit for purpose. With this in mind we offer a minimum warranty period of 1 year on all vehicle parts listed on our website when an part has a manufacturing defect. There are occasions in which a product may break prior to this period due to an installation error or misuse. In order to protect our suppliers and ourselves we require to inspect parts which are being claimed under warranty for non-manufacturing defects.
Do you have an on-site shop where I can try products prior to purchase?
We do not currently have an on-site store where customers can test products prior to purchase. We plan to open a shop in early 2024, which will allow you to have a feel of a new steering wheel, seats, or anything else which you are interested in which we hold in stock. In the meantime you can rest assured that all the products which we supply meet our strict quality standards, and we offer a no hasstle Refund Policy should you wish to return your purchased item.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to have all products which are in-stock delivered to our UK customers within 5 working days, however usually this can be as quick as next working day. If a product which you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via email with a quoted lead time, and your options as a customer which include accepting the quoted the lead time, alternative in-stock options, or a full refund. Due to the large variety of products we supply, some products may take longer to ship due to their size/the type of product. We ensure to list this in the product description if this is the case. For all EU customers, shipping times may vary due to customs delays, although we aim to have your product delivered within 10 working days, subject to the above shipping conditions.
